结构与配置

·采用自动给纸机，实行了送纸，复膜，分切，自动收整一次性完成复膜工艺。

·搭边采用伺服电机控制，操作只需在触摸屏上输入纸张的长度，即可实现全自动复膜，搭边精度达到±2mm。

·加热辊采用导热油加热，测温仪伸入油中，不伤辊筒表面，温度更精确。

·采用振动收纸装置，分切后的成品自动收整齐。不用人工齐纸。

·采用液压压力，液压站缸径为65MM，压力更大，效果更好，速度更快，加装锁压阀，压力更稳。6：设有薄纸防卷曲装置，保证薄纸复膜时成品不卷曲。

·放膜为气涨轴放膜，装卸方便，薄膜放卷采用气动刹车，放卷张力稳定。

·设有前，后道打孔装置，可防止膜上打孔后分切前断纸，运行更稳定。

·设瓦楞曲纸装置，出纸更平整，收纸更顺利。
